Caring & Sharing
The Caring and Sharing Christmas Outreach Program provides financially struggling families with grocery cards, gift cards and gifts in order to spread God's Love and Joy throughout the community. From necessities like winter coats to toys and art supplies, the blessing these gifts bring each family is immense.

Clothing Exchange
NBUC’s clothing exchange provides free clothing for all genders, bodies, and ages, and an opportunity to clear out your closet of unwanted clothes for a good cause. Donate clothes and come “shop”; it’s all free!
The clothing exchange runs twice a year.
Back to School Drive
Support underprivileged students in our community by donating school supplies to set them up for success in September! Our “backpack” drive accepts bags, lunchboxes, pencil cases, pencils & pens, art supplies, math kits, erasers, binders & folders and more.
Volunteer to participate in sorting and delivering backpacks in August. Packing the bags is a congregation-wide participation opportunity and lots of fun! Packing takes place following service on a chosen date in August.

Food Cupboard
The NBUC Food Cupboard provides essential groceries and grocery gift cards to individuals and families in need through the year. We are privileged to be able to support over 80 families through this ministry, and continue to experience a growing need in our community for this support.
We gratefully accept donations of non-perishable food items, household supplies (ie. Cleaning products, paper products), toiletries, and personal care products. We also encourage neighbourhood and workplace food drives, and are happy to provide a letter of introduction and support materials. Physical donations can be made Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Sunday mornings. Financial contributions help us purchase grocery gift cards and meet urgent needs. Every dollar makes a difference.
